Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd. is seeking an Oracle HCM specialist for Talent, Workflow & Experience to enhance its human capital management systems. This role is ideal for professionals with a B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or IT, or an MCA, who have a minimum of 3 years of experience in user interface, approval hierarchies, and learning/support. The selected candidate will develop custom user interfaces using VBCS, manage Oracle Fusion HCM configurations, and configure complex dynamic approval groups, playing a vital role in optimizing the bank's HR processes and employee experience.
- Candidates should be proficient in developing custom user interfaces and extending pages using VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service).
- Experience in managing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Base Cloud Service and Talent Management configurations is essential.
- Ability to configure complex dynamic approval groups and rules using BPM Worklist is crucial for this role.
- Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent, and Learning modules is highly desirable.
