Additional Salary Information
The approximate emoluments at the minimum of the pay-scale for the position are INR 60,000-1,80,000. Selected candidates will receive Basic pay and DA, fixed/variable allowances @23% of Basic Pay, HRA/Lease, Contribution to PF, Gratuity as per Payment of Gratuity Act. Other benefits include Leaves, Maternity Leave, Medical facility, Accident/Death Insurance, and Leave Encashment as per company rules applicable to Contract employees.

The selection process will consist of a Written Test and an Interview.
The Written Test will have 125 objective type questions, each carrying one mark, for a duration of 2.5 hours. There will be no negative marking.
A minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD) in the written test is required for further consideration.
Candidates will be called for an interview in a ratio of 1:6 to the number of vacancies.
The weightage distribution for selection parameters is: Written Test - 60%, Interview - 40% (Technical & Professional proficiency - 30%, Personality Communication & Competency - 10%).
A minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD) in the interview is required for placement on the panel. No minimum qualifying marks are required in aggregate.
