Additional Salary Information
Selected Candidates will be entitled for remuneration consisting of Basic Pay, DA (on IDA pattern), HRA, Perks & Allowances under Cafeteria Approach, Performance Related Pay (PRP)/PLI (as applicable). In addition to this CPF, Medical facility for self and dependents, Gratuity, Leave encashment is paid as per the rules of the Company.

For E-0 level posts (Graduate Assistant): Skill Test followed by Personal Interview
For S-3 level posts (Junior Engineer): Computer Based Test (CBT)

Reservation
Reservation guidelines as notified by Government of India from time to time shall be applicable for all the posts. Candidates claiming reservation are required to comply with the guidelines and produce relevant certificates and documents as and when required. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Persons with Disabilities (PWD) will be as per Government guidelines. Ex-Serviceman and Internal candidates also receive age relaxation.

Qualified Company Secretaries and graduates with a minimum one-year certificate/diploma in IT-related fields are also eligible.
