Additional Salary Information
Monthly stipend of ₹25,000 (₹20,500 will be paid by HPCL & ₹4,500 will be directly paid to apprentices by GOI as per DBT scheme). No housing assistance or other allowances.

Selection Process
Applications will be screened based on merit percentage (marks) as per eligibility criteria and prescribed qualification.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of documents/certificates in order of merit in a ratio of 1:5 with respect to training slots.
A merit list will be prepared based on candidates found suitable after document verification.
Engagement will be based on merit order upon accepting the tri-partite apprenticeship contract on the NATS website and submission of a medical certificate and police verification.

Reservation, relaxation in eligibility criteria, age, and reservations for SC, ST, OBC-NC, and PwBD (Persons with benchmarked disabilities – with degree of disability 40% or above) will be as per Government Guidelines / Apprentices Act, 1961.
Age relaxation by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NC, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
