Additional Salary Information
Selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated pay of ₹90,000. Additionally, they are eligible for Provident Fund/Gratuity, medical facilities as per NLCIL Medical Rules, leave as per company rules, TA/DA and boarding charges for tours, and accommodation (subject to availability) or House Rent Allowance.

Personal Interview (20 marks scale, minimum 50% qualifying marks).
Final selection based on merit in Personal Interview.
Tie-breaking criteria: Date of Birth (senior most by age), then Alphabetical order of first name.
Management reserves the right to conduct a Screening Test in case of higher response.
