Additional Salary Information
The pay scale for the position is INR 40,000-1,40,000. In addition to Basic Pay, candidates would be paid DA, Fixed/variable allowances as applicable to the scale, Performance Related Pay, Medical facilities, HRA/Lease accommodation, and an attractive superannuation package consisting of contribution to PF, Gratuity as per Gratuity Act and Post Retirement Medical Scheme. Other benefits include leaves, maternity/paternity leave, medical facility, group insurance, and leave encashment.

Selection Process
Written Test: 125 objective type questions, 2.5 hours duration, no negative marking. Minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) required to qualify.
Document Scrutiny: Shortlisted candidates based on written test results and vacancies will have their documents scrutinized and called for interview.
Interview: Candidates will be called for interview in a 1:6 ratio to vacancies. Weightage: Written Test - 60%, Interview - 40% (Technical & Professional proficiency - 30%, Personality Communication & Competency - 10%). Minimum 60% marks (50% for reserved categories) in interview required for placement on panel.

J&K Domicile: 5 years age relaxation. Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD): 10 years age relaxation, in addition to other permissible relaxations.
