- Qualification: Candidates should possess a B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. (IT) with M.Tech/MCA/MSc (Computer Science)/MBA for Lead Consultant. For Consultant positions, a Postgraduate qualification in Public Health (MPH) or Master in Hospital Administration (MHA) with an undergraduate degree (MBBS/BDS/BSW/BA/BSc) and relevant experience is required. For Finance Analyst, an MBA (Finance) or PGDBM/PGDBA (Finance) with at least five years of experience in accounts is essential.

OR 2 years of experience in public health/Medicine or related field. OR At least five years experience in accounts preferably in Govt. Sector.

Additional Salary Information
Remuneration for Lead Consultant ranges from Rs. 1,30,000/- to Rs. 1,70,000/- per month. Remuneration for Consultant-Surveillance, M&E and Research and Consultant-Care, Support and Treatment ranges from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/- per month. Remuneration for Finance Analyst ranges from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/- per month. The fee offered within the band will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

If the recruitment process includes a written test, a minimum qualifying mark will be 50%.
If the number of qualifying candidates is high, a ratio of 1:5 will be adopted for 1 vacancy, with the top 5 candidates considered.
If two or more candidates qualify with the same marks, all such candidates will be considered.
