NALCO is hiring 35 SUPT(JOT)- Electrical trainees, with a career path leading to a monthly pay scale of ₹29,500–₹70,000. Candidates must have a 10th Standard pass and an ITI in Electrician trade. This trainee role is designed for freshers to enter the Navratna PSU sector and receive comprehensive on-the-job training. During the 30-month training period, candidates will receive a monthly stipend and access to company medical facilities.
