- Fill the application form completely and accurately.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of testimonials in support of educational qualifications, work experience, age proof, address proof, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, PPO, Discharge Book, ESM I/Card, Release Order, Medical Fitness Certificate, Valid Medical/Dental Council Registration Certificate (as applicable), No Objection Certificate from current employer (if applicable), and Valid Driving License (for drivers only).
- Submit the application form along with all required documents to OIC ECHS, Station HQ (ECHS Cell), Delhi Cantt by 28 January 2026.
- Applications for OIC ECHS Polyclinic must be submitted in DUPLICATE along with a copy of the Record of Service.
Frequently Asked Questions
The positions are contractual for a period of one year, renewable annually up to a maximum age, subject to performance and other conditions as per ECHS rules.
Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen. Age criteria are mentioned against each post, and for OIC ECHS, it's applicable till attaining the maximum age for retired officers.
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications and called for an interview. Interview dates, timings, and venue will be communicated via email and telephonically.
