Defence Electronics Applications Laboratory (DEAL), a premier research laboratory under DRDO, invites applications for its Paid Internship Scheme 2026. This program offers an opportunity for meritorious B.Tech./B.E./M.Tech./M.Sc. (Electronics) final year students to gain experience in software-based radios, satellite communication, data links, and surveillance technologies. Additional Salary Information
A total stipend of Rs. 30,000 will be paid in two installments: Rs. 15,000 after completion of 3 months and Rs. 15,000 after completion of 6 months, subject to attendance of minimum 15 days in a month.

How to Apply
- Candidates must apply for the internship in the prescribed format (Appendix-A), which can be downloaded from www.drdo.gov.in/drdo/careers.
- Duly filled applications must be sent by Speed Post to the Director, Defence Electronics Applications Laboratory (DEAL), Post Box No. 54, Raipur Road, Dehradun (Uttarakhand) – 248001.
- The envelope should clearly mention "Application for DRDO Paid Internship" and the "Branch / Discipline" for segregation.
- Applications submitted by hand or through Indian Post will be accepted; applications sent via email will not be considered.
- Required enclosures include a Recommendation Letter from the Head/Dean/Principal, a brief Bio-Data/write-up, and copies of mark sheets reflecting CGPA.
- Selected candidates must submit original documents at the time of joining, including NOC from college, Police Verification, Undertaking for Indian Official Secret Act, Undertaking for IT Rules & Regulations, bank details, Aadhar card, college ID card, and 3 passport-size color photographs.
