Additional Salary Information

Remuneration includes a minimum Basic Pay of ₹21,000/-, Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) as applicable, Special Allowance @ 5% of Basic Pay, and an annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay. Other benefits include ₹3,000/- per month for various requirements, Provident Fund contributions as per EPF Rules, and Gratuity on successful completion of tenure.
