Additional Salary Information
Selected candidates on contract appointment may be considered for IDA Pay Scale on contract basis subject to satisfactory completion of 2 years contract period. Deputationists have the option to draw pay from their parent organization with deputation allowance and project allowance or equivalent cadre IDA pay scale in CMRL with IDA, HRA, and Cafeteria Allowance.

Selection Process
Two-stage process: Interview followed by a medical examination.
The selection process will assess knowledge, skills, comprehension, attitude, aptitude, and physical fitness.
Expenses for the first-time medical examination will be borne by CMRL.
Candidates failing the medical test will not be given alternative employment.

Upper age for Ex-Servicemen will be prescribed age limit plus length of service in armed forces plus 03 years.
Maximum age limit with cumulative age relaxation shall not exceed 58 years.
