- Fill out the application form completely and accurately.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents, including educational qualifications, work experience certificates, age proof, address proof, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, PPO, Discharge Book, ESM I/Card, Release Order, Medical Fitness Certificate, and valid Medical/Dental Council Registration Certificate (if applicable).
- Submit the completed application form along with all supporting documents to OIC, Station HQ (ECHS Cell), Delhi Cantt by 28 January 2026.
- Applicants for OIC ECHS Polyclinic must submit their application in DUPLICATE along with a copy of their Record of Service.
