RITES Limited is empanelling Signaling Specialists as national experts for the Azerbaijan Railway Project. This role involves the implementation and supervision of signaling systems for the national rail network, requiring a strong background in electronics and telecommunication engineering. It is a key position for Azerbaijani engineers to contribute to the modernization of their country's transport infrastructure. The role offers professional growth through exposure to international engineering standards and complex signaling technologies.
- This position is reserved for Azerbaijani nationals as a National Key Expert role.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in railway infrastructure projects is required.
- Candidates must have good communication skills in both Azerbaijani and English.

- Prepare the EOI Application using the prescribed formats in Annexure-II (Form-I, Form-II, and Form-III).
