For Ex-Govt. /PSU Employees: Monthly Emoluments (Consolidated) will be Last drawn Basic + DA rate as per CDA/IDA at the time of separation. For Other than Ex-Govt. /PSU employees: Monthly Emoluments (Consolidated) will be decided by the Selection Committee at the time of Selection process taking into account various parameters such as equivalent pay in Govt., job profile, academic qualification, nature, area & length of experience, CTC of previous employment, etc.
