- Download the prescribed application form (Annexure-A) from www.drdo.gov.in.
- Typewrite the application form. Handwritten applications (except the signature) will not be accepted.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of all educational mark sheets, certificates (10th, 12th, Diploma, B.Tech/BBA/B.Com), caste certificate, and identity proof.
- Enclose the application and documents in a sealed envelope.
- Super-scribe the envelope with 'Application for Apprenticeship Training: Category ........ & Subject/Discipline............'.
- Send the envelope to 'The Director, Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur, Balasore, Odisha-756025' by Speed Post or Registered Post only.
- Ensure the application reaches the destination on or before 02nd November 2026.
