Additional Salary Information
Pay scales range from ₹30,000-120,000 to ₹120,000-280,000. Cost to Company (CTC) ranges from approximately ₹10.88 Lakh to ₹49.30 Lakh per annum, calculated at the minimum base level of pay grade. CTC includes Basic Pay, Retirement Benefits, Dearness Allowance, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, and Performance Related Pay. A retention amount of ₹5000-₹8000 per month will be deducted for the first 12 months during probation, to be released after 3 years without interest.
