Additional Salary Information

Selected candidates for Grade A will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 44500/- p.m. in the pay scale of Rs. 44500 - 2500 (4) - 54500 -2850 (7) - 74450 - EB -2850 (4) - 85850 - 3300 (1) - 89150 (17 Years). Selected candidates for Grade B will draw a starting basic pay of Rs. 55200/- p.m. in the pay scale of Rs. 55200 – 2850 (9) – 80850 – EB – 2850 (2) – 86550 – 3300 (4) – 99750 (16 years). Both grades are eligible for Dearness Allowance, Grade Allowance, Local Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family allowance, Special Allowance, and other perquisites as per company rules. The approximate cost to company for an Assistant Manager (Grade A) is Rs. 19 lakhs approx. and for a Manager (Grade B) is Rs. 23.5 lakhs approx. Candidates with JAIIB/CAIIB/professional qualifications may receive additional increments.
