Additional Salary Information
Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, The Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 read with The Apprenticeship (Amendment) Rules, 2019 & 2025 as amended from time to time and Corporation’s guidelines.

Selection Process
Selection will be based on a Panel cum Merit List prepared from the percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification, in descending order.
In case of similar marks, older candidates will be preferred. If dates of birth are also same, candidates with higher matriculation marks will be considered.
There will be no Written Test or Personal Interview.
Candidates must be medically fit as per IndianOil's pre-engagement medical standards.
Document verification and medical fitness check will be conducted before joining.

Reservation
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC (Non Creamy Layer-NCL)/PwBD/Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates will be as per applicable Government guidelines.
Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwBD candidates. Additional age relaxation of 5 years for PwBD candidates belonging to SC/ST category and 3 years for PwBD-OBC(NCL) candidates.
Minimum prescribed qualification marks relaxed by 5% for SC/ST/PwBD categories against reserved positions.

- 1. Register as a Technician/Trade/Graduate Apprentice on the respective NAPS (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) or NATS (https://nats.education.gov.in/student_register.php) portal based on your trade.
- 2. Login to the NATS/NAPS Portal using your User ID/Email ID and apply for the apprenticeship openings with the Establishment ID of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (specific IDs provided per region).
- 3. Complete the application for openings in the respective NATS/NAPS Portal between 28.01.2026 and 10.02.2026.
- 4. After applying on NAPS/NATS, complete your registration/application on the Indian Oil Pipelines portal at https://plapps.indianoilpipelines.in/ using the same email ID and mobile number.
- 5. The application process on the Indian Oil Pipelines portal involves Part-I (basic details, password creation) and Part-II (uploading photograph, signature, educational details) and must be completed between 28.01.2026 and 10.02.2026.
- 6. Take a printout of the filled-in online application for future reference.
