Important Dates
Selection Process
Initial screening based on academic performance and other parameters.
For Scientist/Engineer - 'SC' (Post Code 01): Written Test (Part A: Discipline Specific, Part B: Aptitude/Ability Test) followed by Interview. Candidates must score 50% in each part of the Written Test to qualify for the Interview.
For Scientist/Engineer - 'SD' (Post Code 02): Initial screening based on Live Register application, followed by Interview. Final selection based on interview performance only.
For Medical Officer - 'SC' (Post Code 03): Initial screening followed by Interview. A Written Test for short-listing may be conducted if needed. Final selection based on interview performance only.
Application Fees
Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 250/- for Scientist/Engineer 'SC' (Post Code 01) & Medical Officer - 'SC' (Post Code 03).
Initially, all candidates must pay Rs. 750/- as processing fee.
Full refund of Rs. 750/- for Women, SC/ST/PwBD, Ex-Servicemen.
Rs. 500/- refunded to other candidates who appear in the written test (Post Code 01) / interview (Post Code 03).
No application fee for Scientist/Engineer - 'SD' (Post Code 02).
Reservation
Age relaxation for Departmental candidates, Ex-servicemen, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) as per Government of India Orders.
PwBD candidates can apply for suitable posts even if not identified for them and will be considered by general standard of merit.
Persons with not less than 40% relevant disability are eligible for age relaxation and other benefits.

- Register online and preserve the Registration Number.
- For Post Code 02, register or update registration at ISRO Live Register portal https://liveregister.isro.gov.in/LRClient on or before 12.04.2026.
- Upload recent color passport size photograph, signature, essential qualification certificates, and experience certificates (for Post Code 03).
- Candidates with foreign degrees must upload equivalency certificates (AIU for Post Code 01, FMGE for Post Code 03).
- Upload National Medical Commission/State Medical Council registration certificate (for Post Code 03).
- Pay the application fee online via Bharatkosh portal/payment gateway.
- Candidates employed in Central/State Government, PSUs, etc., must submit a 'No Objection Certificate' at the time of interview.
