Additional Salary Information
The annual CTC for the Lead Business Analyst post is up to ₹45.00 Lakhs, which is negotiable based on experience and current emoluments. This includes 85% fixed pay and 15% variable pay, with an annual increment band of up to 10% from the second year onwards, depending on performance.

Selection Process
The selection process will be based on shortlisting and interview.
Shortlisting will be done by a committee based on predefined parameters, and only an adequate number of candidates will be called for interaction.
The interview will carry 100 marks, and qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
A merit list will be prepared in descending order based on interview scores. In case of a tie, candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order.

Reservation for PwBD candidates is horizontal and included in the overall vacancy of the respective parent category.
Age relaxation for Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) is 3 years.

Age relaxation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) is 10 years for UR/EWS, 13 years for OBC, and 15 years for SC/ST.
OBC candidates in the 'Creamy Layer' are not entitled to OBC reservation or age relaxation and should apply as 'UR' or 'UR (PwBD)'.
PwBD candidates are eligible for reservation if they have a benchmark disability of not less than 40% and produce a valid Disability Certificate dated on or before the last date of application.
