Additional Salary Information
Selected candidates will receive Basic Pay and DA (IDA pattern), along with eligibility for subsidized accommodation (if available) or HRA, Perks & Allowances under 'Cafeteria Approach', Performance Related Pay (PRP), medical facilities for self and dependent family members, PF, Gratuity, Leave, GPA, NPS, and PSMBS as per Company rules.

Selection Process
The selection mode will be through a Computer Based Test (CBT).
Eligible candidates for CBT will be finalized based on scrutiny of online applications and supporting documents.
Admit Cards for CBT, including date, time, and venue, will be uploaded on the Candidate Registration Portal and communicated via email.
The final list of selected candidates will be uploaded on MECON's website, with reporting dates, requisite documents, and medical examination details communicated via email.
The CBT will be bilingual (English/Hindi), with each question carrying 1 mark and a 0.25 negative marking for incorrect answers.
The total duration of the CBT will be 90 minutes.
Application Fees
General/OBC/EWS Candidate: Rs. 875/- (Rupees Eight Hundred & Seventy-Five) SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Internal Candidate: Rs. 625/- (Rupees Six Hundred & Twenty-Five)
Reservation
Reservations for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/PwD (40% or above disability) candidates will be provided as per Government of India guidelines.
PwD reservation is on a horizontal basis.
SC, ST & OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates applying against UR category posts will be considered on General category merit, with no relaxation in Upper Age Limit, Qualification marks, or online application fee.
Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL).
Age relaxation for Persons with Disabilities: 10 years for General (UR), 13 years for OBC (NCL), 15 years for SC/ST.
Age relaxation for J&K domicile candidates (01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989): 5 years.
Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. of India guidelines (e.g., military service + 3 years for UR/EWS, +6 years for OBC, +8 years for SC/ST).
OBC (NCL) candidates must ensure their caste appears in the "Central List of Other Backward Classes" and they do not belong to the Creamy layer. They must furnish a latest OBC (NCL) Certificate (not more than 1-year-old).

- Required documents include Matriculation/Secondary Board level Certificate for age proof, Final/Provisional Certificate for BBA/Intermediate Course of ICAI/ICMAI, and all semester/year mark sheets.
- PAN Card and Aadhar card are mandatory; any mismatch in Aadhar details will lead to rejection.
- Candidates from SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/EWS/Ex-Servicemen/PwD must upload valid supporting documents as per Para Sl. No. 4.
- Ensure all uploaded documents are legible and non-encrypted.
