Additional Salary Information
The initial pay for Scientific Assistant/B is Rs. 35,400/- (Level 6), for Technician/B is Rs. 21,700/- (Level 3), and for X-Ray Technician (Technician-C) and Assistant Gr.1 posts is Rs. 25,500/- (Level 4). Stipends during training vary from Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 26,000/- per month. In addition to emoluments, various allowances, incentives, and facilities like Transport Allowance, HRA, Medical Facility, Children Education Assistance, Provident Fund, and Gratuity are available as per rules.

The selection process generally involves an Online Test (Computer Based Test - CBT) and may include a Personal Interview or Skill Test depending on the post.
For Stipendiary Trainee/Scientific Assistant (Category-I) and Scientific Assistant/B posts, the process is Online Test + Personal Interview.
For Stipendiary Trainee/Technician (Category-II), X-Ray Technician (Technician/C), and Assistant Gr.1 posts, the process involves a two-stage Online Test (Preliminary and Advanced) followed by a Document Verification/Physical Standard Examination or Skill Test.
Candidates must qualify at each stage of the selection process for final empanelment. Question papers for online tests will be trilingual (Marathi, Hindi & English).
