Additional Salary Information
Consolidated salary for Office Assistant is Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 27,500 per month, plus annual performance incentive of Rs. 1,500 and fixed conveyance allowance of Rs. 2,000 per month. Consolidated salary for Watchman/Gardner is Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 16,000 per month, plus annual performance incentive of Rs. 1,000 and fixed conveyance allowance of Rs. 800 per month. Both roles also receive a mobile allowance of Rs. 300 per month, EPF, ESI, and Gratuity as per rules.
