Additional Salary Information
Project Engineer-I will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month in the 1st year, Rs. 45,000/- in the 2nd year, Rs. 50,000/- in the 3rd year, and Rs. 55,000/- in the 4th year. Additional benefits include an area allowance of 10% of consolidated remuneration (for those posted to various sites) and Rs. 12,000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, and footwear allowance. A retention bonus of Rs. 25,000/- per completed year will be paid at the end of 4 years, totaling Rs. 1,00,000/-.
