Compensation for Relationship Manager is Rs 4.00 to Rs 5.00 lakh p.a. Compensation for Dealer - For Stock broking Terminals is Rs 4.20 lakh p.a. Over and above, performance linked incentive will also be paid depending on the individual performance.
