Additional Salary Information
Annual CTC range is up to Rs 45 Lacs, bifurcated into 80% Fixed Pay and 20% Variable Pay. CTC is negotiable based on experience and current emoluments. Annual increment up to 5% is subject to achieving a minimum 90% performance appraisal score.
