Additional Salary Information
For VC No. CP/01/26 to CP/04/26, the pay scale is INR 70,000 - 2,00,000 with an approximate CTC of INR 19.85 LPA. For VC No. CP/05/26 to CP/06/26, the pay scale is INR 50,000 – 1,60,000 with an approximate CTC of INR 14.22 LPA. For Degree Holders in CL/01/26 & CL/02/26 with 5 years experience, monthly basic pay is INR 25,504, gross monthly pay is INR 46,417, and yearly CTC is INR 557,008. For Diploma Holders in CL/01/26 & CL/02/26 with 7 years experience, monthly basic pay is INR 18,940, gross monthly pay is INR 34,471, and yearly CTC is INR 413,651. Remuneration is indicative and depends on posting location and other terms & conditions of appointment.

Selection Process
Document Scrutiny/Verification: Candidates who successfully submitted their online application will be provisionally allowed to appear for document scrutiny to verify eligibility.
Interview: Shortlisted/eligible candidates will then appear for an interview.
Weightage: Interview - 100% (Technical & Professional proficiency - 65%; Personality, Communication & Competency – 35%).
Minimum Qualifying Marks: A minimum of 60% marks for UR/EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD against reserved posts) in the interview is required for placement on the panel.
Medical Examination: Appointment is subject to being found medically fit as per RITES Rules and Standards.

Reservation
Reservation/ relaxation/ concessions to EWS/ SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD/ Ex-SM/ J&K Domicile would be provided against reserved posts (where applicable) as per extant Govt. orders.
SC/ST Category: 5 years age relaxation.
OBC-NCL Category: 3 years age relaxation.
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): 10 Years age relaxation; in addition to the age relaxation permissible for SC/ST/OBC-NCL category candidates.
