- Qualification: Candidates should possess a Full-Time Post Graduate Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Economics, Social Sciences, or an MBA with relevant specialization for CSR/Corporate Planning roles. Engineering Graduates (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engg) in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation disciplines are eligible for Engineer posts. Library roles require a B.Sc. (Physical Science) with a Post Graduate Degree in Library Science. Finance roles require a Graduate degree with CA/CWA. Rajbhasha roles require a Master's degree in Hindi or English with the other as a main subject. HR Assistant roles require a Full-Time Graduate degree in any discipline, with a preference for PG Diploma in Personnel Management/HRD.

Additional Salary Information
Pay scales range from ₹29000-120000 to ₹70000-200000. Total CTC per annum ranges from approximately ₹9.56 lacs for Junior Assistant to ₹23.41 lacs for Deputy Manager. CTC includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Other Perks & Allowances, encashment of earned leaves and Retirement benefits as applicable.
