Additional Salary Information
Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee on a monthly stipend equal to Basic Pay + DA as applicable to Executives in the level of Deputy Manager (E1 level), ie, Basic Pay Rs.40,000/- per month + applicable DA thereon. On successful and satisfactory completion of 1-year training period and passing the test conducted for the purpose, regularization will be in Deputy Manger (E-1 Grade) in the scale of pay of Rs.40,000/- – 1,40,000/-.
