Additional Salary Information
Agniveervayu will receive a customised monthly package starting at ₹30,000 in the 1st year, increasing to ₹40,000 in the 4th year. This includes 70% in-hand pay and 30% contribution to the Agniveer Corpus Fund, matched by the Government of India. Upon completion of four years, a 'Seva Nidhi' package of approximately ₹10.04 Lakhs will be provided. Additionally, Risk and Hardship allowances, Dress and Travel allowances, ration, clothing, accommodation, and Leave Travel Concession (LTC) are applicable. Agniveervayu will not contribute to Provident Fund and will not be entitled to gratuity or pensionary benefits.
