- Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online. Branch experience of Minimum 18 Months (Post Essential Academic Qualification Experience) as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in Second Schedule of Reserve Bank of India.

Additional Salary Information
Scale of Pay for Officer JMGS I is Rs. 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920. LBOs shall join at initial scale of pay for JMGS-I + 3 increments in scale of pay, as per Joint Note applicable at time of Recruitment process. DA, HRA /Leased Accommodation, CCA, Medical, LTC, Terminal Benefits and other perquisites will be paid as per prevailing rules.

Reservation
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates will be provided as per government guidelines.
OBC certificate must contain the "Non-creamy Layer Clause" and caste must be notified in Central List for State as displayed on www.ncbc.co.in.
Benefit of reservation under EWS category is permissible only upon production of an 'Income and Asset Certificate' issued by a Competent Authority.
Candidates failing to produce applicable certificates for reservation on the prescribed date will not be considered for further recruitment process.
Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming under creamy layer or whose caste is not in the Central List are not entitled to OBC reservation and should apply as Unreserved.
There is no reservation for Ex-servicemen in Officers' Cadre.
Reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) is as per section 34 of "The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016".
