Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company under the Ministry of Defence, is recruiting 11 experienced professionals for Project Engineer-I positions within its Network & Cyber Security - Strategic Business Unit. This temporary role offers a consolidated remuneration of ₹50,000 per month in the first year, with annual increments. Additional Salary Information
Project Engineer-I: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of ₹50,000/- per month for the 1st Year of engagement and an increase of ₹5000/- for every year of extension of contract. In addition to the above, Consolidated amount of Rs 12,000/- per year will be paid towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc. Gratuity shall be admissible as per the applicable provisions of BEL Employees' Gratuity Scheme.

Selection Process
Selection will be through a Written Test for shortlisted candidates.
An Interview will be conducted only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Test.
The venue for the Written Test will be Bengaluru & Delhi.
The venue for the Interview will be intimated at a later stage.
85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview.
Minimum qualifying marks for General/OBC/EWS candidates is 35% and for SC/ST/PwBD candidates is 30% in both written test and interview separately.

SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
