Additional Salary Information
During one year of training, a consolidated monthly stipend of ₹50,000/- will be paid. On successful completion, trainees will be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager in E-1 Grade in the pay scale of ₹40000-3%-140000. Monthly emoluments at the start of the E-1 scale are approximately ₹82,720/-, including Basic Pay, DA, HRA, and Perks. The Annual CTC at the minimum of the E-1 scale is approximately ₹14.92 lakhs.
