Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is recruiting for the position of Sr. Safety Officer (E-III Grade) for its Kotdwar Unit. This is a fixed-tenure position for 5 years. Additional Salary Information
Selected candidates will be inducted in the pay scales of 50000-3%-160000. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Perquisites at the rate of 35% of the annual basic pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, PRP etc. as per Company rules will be a part of remuneration package.

Selection Process
Selection will be through a Written Test.
Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for an Interview.
Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:7 for the interview.
The selection process will be held at Kotdwar only.
Application Fees
Rs. 472/- (Rs. 400 + 18% GST) for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS Category candidates.
SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Reservation
The upper age limit indicated is for UR Category.
PwBD candidates with minimum 40% disability will get 10 years' relaxation on the age limit.
Ex-servicemen will be entitled to age relaxation as per Government guidelines.
Where reservation is not available for specific category candidates, they may apply under General category if they meet the minimum eligibility criteria.
